My subwoofer is constantly cracking and breaking and is less than 1 year old

Very very poor they just keep sending you to one support team to another every time you tell them one thing they say somebody else has to handle it and then they put you on hold. They make you wait and wait and wait and finally you reach the person tell them what the problem is and then they tell you they have to send you to a different support system so then you have to call a separate number to get that support system, so here you are youre already on their support system and then you have to call to get another support system and then I had to call to get another support system so thats what youre dealing with with Pyle. All I want him to do is fix things thats all Im asking is to fix my problems , I dont want to keep going to support after support after support
